Delete Your hollik Account

You can request deletion of your hollik account and associated app data by contacting us at the email address below.

Please include the email address or login method used for your hollik account so we can identify the account.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to appsoyoung@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: hollik account deletion request.
- Include the account email, user ID, or login method used in the app.
- We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deletion.
Data deleted
When your request is completed, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your app account, including:
- Account and login identifiers where deletion is technically available
- Profile information such as display name, ID, bio, gender, language, and preferences
- User-created posts, stories, comments, direct messages, and uploaded media
- App activity data such as likes, follows, lounge activity, and story views
Data that may be kept temporarily
Some information may be retained for a limited period if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup recovery, or billing records. Backup copies may take additional time to be removed from our systems.
Processing time
We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request.

삭제 요청 방법

- 이메일 제목은 hollik 계정 삭제 요청으로 작성해 주세요.
- 앱에서 사용한 계정 이메일, 사용자 ID, 로그인 방식을 적어주세요.
- 필요한 경우 계정 소유 확인 절차를 요청할 수 있습니다.
삭제되는 데이터
요청이 완료되면 아래 데이터가 삭제되거나 익명 처리됩니다.
- 계정 및 로그인 식별 정보
- 닉네임, ID, Bio, 성별, 언어, 선호 설정 등 프로필 정보
- 사용자가 작성한 게시글, 스토리, 댓글, DM, 업로드한 미디어
- 좋아요, 팔로우, 라운지 활동, 스토리 조회 등 앱 활동 정보
일시적으로 보관될 수 있는 데이터
보안, 부정 사용 방지, 법적 의무, 백업 복구, 결제 기록 등의 이유로 일부 정보는 제한된 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 백업 데이터는 실제 삭제까지 추가 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
처리 기간
계정 확인 후 30일 이내 처리를 목표로 합니다.
